At Blackhawk, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our easy return and exchange policy.

*Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges*

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return or exchange request is made within 07 days from the date you received the order.

*Non-returnable Items*

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards.

*Exchange Process*

1. *Initiate an Exchange*:  it is requested to reach us at our Instagram handle or whatsapp us at +92312-6762763 and share your order number along with the reason of exchange.

2. *Fill the Exchange Form*: our team will provide you an exchange form that you need to fill out accordingly.

3. *Ship the item*: Select your preferred courier and ship the products along with the exchange form. you have to pay the shipping cost to your preferred courier. company will not pay for the shipping cost.

4. *Receive your new item* : On receiving your package at our warehouse, we will process your exchange request. A 250 PKR delivery fee for exchanged products will be collected as cash on delivery (COD).
